Matt Sherrin
Matt Sherrin: Founder & Managing Director.
Matt is an experienced CTO & IT Director who started his IT journey at the age of 15, providing training services to the NHS. Through the years Matt has developed a wealth of knowledge and experience in senior IT roles and numerous sectors.
Away from the office, Matt is a family man and father of 3. Keen on mental and physical fitness, dog walks on the beach, regular trips to the gym and cooking for family and friend (often with a glass of wine) are key. Passionate about rugby, supporting Leicester Tigers and England, he is happy to admit that his playing days are definitely behind him!
Darren Walmsley
Darren Walmsley: Director & Senior Consultant.
Darren's journey has seen him work through various industries & sectors including various roles starting with support roles in the 'early days' to Application Management, Business Analyst, Project Manager, SCRUM Master and Product Owner.
Away from the office, Darren is a family man and father of 1. He's an avid sports fan with a particular passion for Football & Boxing. Weekends are mainly spent navigating the south coast to watch his son play football followed by watching his local non-league football team Wimborne Town or when time and weather permits trying to squeeze in a game of golf.
Karolina Hutyra
Karolina Hutyra: Associate Partner.
Experienced IT Project Manager & Agile Leader delivering large-scale system implementations, data migrations and digital transformations across public and private sectors. Karolina specialises in process design, system analysis and bridging the gap between technical solutions and business objectives.
Karolina has worked with institutions such as the European Commission, financial regulators and the NHS. As an Agile Coach and Scrum Leader, she excels in leading cross-functional teams and is proficient in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies. A PMI member, she is currently pursuing her PMP certification.
Away from the office, Karolina enjoys strength training, running and crafting handmade, artisanal pastries.
James Clunies-Ross
James Clunies-Ross: Senior Technical Architect.
James has over 20 years' IT experience within infrastructure, development, data engineering, analytics and IT leadership roles. James has built solutions in various industries using numerous frameworks. James is also well-versed in various programming languages, specialising in SQL, C# and Python.
James is a father to twin boys, which keeps him very active. He values spending time with his family and is passionate about exploring off-road trails and cycling around the Dorset coastline.
Roly Reid
Roly Reid: Associate Partner specialising in executive coaching, change management and leadership development.
Roly, formerly played professional rugby for 14 years, with international honours representing Scotland, draws from first-hand experience and knowledge of elite performance mindsets and in-depth understanding of behaviour, combined with business acumen and performance psychology to support those he works with to be their best more often. Since his transition from professional sport in 2010 Roly has worked with executives and their teams across various industries and sectors.
Away from the office you find Roly enjoying time with his family, applying himself to various DIY projects or actively participating in Cricket, Padel and his favourite, Golf.
